Statement of Accounts
Detailed pages of Dispatch, Credit & Debit note, Payment Status & Available credit have been added to give complete visibility of Statement of account to customers through an entire self serve mode
Order History & Details
Changes to give more clarity to customer on order status, SKU Count & Potential margin against each order done in the past. For a particular order’s detail, changes have been made in Rewards point, Available points & potential margin.
Dispatch History & Details
UI Changes have been made to show dispatch status, payment pending status, SKU count and a search both via order id & external id for dispatch history. On dispatch details against a particular dispatch, there is change in payment information UI with download invoice option along with information on Reward points, Current points & potential margin.
