The updates and capabilities mentioned below will be available a few users by Jan 6'2023 and will be available for everyone in a few days to follow.
- Configurablity in Customer Profiling evolves to next level- All customer attributes (Custom & Standard) now have configurable control on what customer segments they need to be switched on. They are now access controlled as well vis a vis roles for submission, edit, view. Previously we had some standard attributes such as picture, gps location which might not be required for all customer segments. Now different customer subtypes such as an influencer and a retailer can have different attributes configured in their profile.
- Standardisation of customer address fields - Customer profile to have pin-code based reverse lookup along with an option of choosing geocode based reverse lookup based on customer subtype. Pin code based reverse lookup standarises field like state & city. For clients based in India, this comes at no extra cost as we have created an internal database which will be utilised to lookup this data. For clients outside India, this will be on chargeable basis as we will be utilising Google’s API for this.
- Editing an order already placed on Sales team & Customer App is easier now - Brands now configure a duration, upto that duration sales team & Customers can make changes to the order they have placed. They can just use cancel & copy order and make changes either in a particular SKU quantity or add new SKUs and place the order again. The old order which was placed will be deleted.
- Visit Adherence Improvement - To improve behaviour of sales team in nudging them to do sales activity at a particular location, Distance visibility for any activity that salesman is performing will be visible in sales team app.
- Customer Checkout is more intuitive now - To get a correct estimation of time spent at a customer, checkout has been made more intuitive for a salesman with inbuilt checks made on checkout time.
