Promoter app has new look & features
We are delighted to share that we have a release with improved user interface for promoter user. Promoter will be able to see customer history at which a promoter is stationed, multiple check-in & check-out in a day, Option to create customer associations to capture leads & offtake for end to end workflow execution at a single customer.
Task scheduling & Completion tracking
We have added functionality by which single customer or a segment of customers in bulk can be scheduled & assigned specific activities to be completed at those customers. Managers can schedule specific activities and then track completion of those activities to promote adherence. These activities can be scheduled for a specific date as well as for a duration. We believe that this is a major module which will solve a lot of task assignment problem for our customers.
Customer App UI improvement
BeatRoute’s customer app for both mobile & portal has a new view from customer experience viewpoint. We are all set to build payment & brand connect in our upcoming release.
Customer Stock Report
We have added “Transaction Id”in download log report against every stock report transaction. So in case there are multiple take stock transaction they can be differentiated by “Transaction id”
