Brand Connect

Using brand connect module companies can publish widgets related to new product launch, schemes of the month, product advertisements at different point in customer journey on digital interface. These widgets can be published as images and targeted at different pages on retailer facing interface. Schemes & Product catalogues PDF file can be attached to these widgets for customers to download them directly. 


Customer wise Pricing Applicability
In case of self service order placement by customer directly, customer level special pricing can be configured now in BeatRoute similar to how it’s done in SFA where order is placed by sales team. 

OTPless Login Experience 
We have given an option to customers for them to login via using social channels in case customers directly comes to portal for logging in to their account. Whichever social channel is configured for company account, customers can utilise that for login. There will not be any need for text message based OTP for authentication in this case. 

Incremental Order Nudges 

We have included 2 incremental nudges which can be triggered to sent on social channels to drive incremental business by increasing customer engagement -

(i) Nudge customers for self ordering through customer App when salesman is absent
This will trigger message only to customers scheduled to be visited for a particular day. This way customers will know that their salesman will not be visiting on a particular day and customers can self order using link in the nudge.


(ii) Nudge Customer on Important Scheme not Availed yet - 
Using this nudge, company can send notification to customers on important schemes which particular customer hasn’t availed yet. This can help in scheme communication & increasing scheme utilization for important schemes.
