Custom Discount Schemes To Facilitate Customer-Wise Sales Strategy |
Now we’ve made it easier for sales representatives to offer custom discount schemes for facilitating deal-based selling.
In a number of cases, the approach to improve sales is about running a focussed sales process on a select group of customers and offering customer specific deals. This new feature helps sales representatives offer additional discount schemes (such as 3+1, 5+1…) on top of company defined standard schemes.
This goes hand-in-hand with existing functionalities of tracking additional discounts by sales representatives versus sales volume.
Geo-Sequencing Of Customer Visits For Steady State Beat Discipline |
Geo-sequencing has been introduced to enforce sequence of customer visits. This is in addition to geo-fencing which already existed to enforce activities being done from a customer location only.
Geo-sequencing can be switched on at the route/work-zone level, to facilitate an operational discipline in territories where the beat sequence is established, compared to evolving territories.
This goes in addition to our existing solution of intelligent Territory and Route Optimization, using MasterRouter.
Partial Multi-Linguality For Sales Team Notifications |
A select list of in-app notifications on the CRM-SFA application, now has a multilingual capability. We have released content in Bahasa language for now. Customers who require support in other languages can reach out to BeatRoute customer success POC.
This is in addition to our customer Bot channel on WhatsApp already supporting a multilingual framework.
