Physical Visit and Remote Working find another way to Merge
Many of you have been asking for Check-in and Check-out at the customer site. To be honest, this took us a while to accept that it will truly add value. We do believe this makes the experience for field reps intuitive in a world where the style of work is a blend of physical visits and remote interactions.
To facilitate this, the geo-fencing configuration has been enhanced to allow/disallow selective activities with a layer of check-in at the site which is geo-referenced. Like before, this can be enabled for selected customer sub-types.
An explicit check-in and check-out is required by promoters, SRs, managers alike on the mobile application. Time spent at the site is recorded.
Admins can can also view this data in the form of three reports:
check-in/out data
check-in/out by customer
SR attendance
These reports will be available only for future date ranges after this release. For older time-periods the old reports format for promoter check-in and attendance will continue to be accessible from the same page.
Now the team activity list will also include check-in and check-out at customer sites.
Miscellaneous Improvements
Admins can now put a restriction to not allow dispatch and delivery in the order flow if the partner stock is negative or zero
