Q1: How many KPIs can be enabled?

A: You can enable them according to your subscriptions. Please contact your designated CS Person for more details.

 

Q2: Can we upload targets for all KPIs?

A: Yes, you can.

 

Q3: Can we disable any particular Scorecard KPI?

A: Yes, you can enable and disable them according to your requirements.

 

Q4: Can we target all KPIs at the customer level?

A: Yes, you can target all relevant KPIs at the customer level as well.

 

Q5: Can admin and field users see their achievement percentage with the target?

A: Yes, they can.

 

Q6: Can we upload a target for the whole year?

A: Yes, targets can be uploaded for the whole year, monthly, for any particular date, and period as well.

 

Q7: Can we upload targets for users in one go?

A: Yes, we can.

 

Q8: Can we upload target customer-wise?

A: Yes, you have the option to upload targets specific to each customer, aligning them with relevant KPIs applicable to the customer.
