All transactions and activities in the field can be done offline. Users can continue to operate offline for maximum 24 hours after which one online login is expected. A maximum limit minimizes any data integrity issues on account of changing backend data.
Our engineers have spent innumerable hours, night outs and drunk liters of coffee to ensure our app works with poor or nil network connectivity.
Even those nice-to-have pieces of information have been designed in a way that either they can be fetched fast or don't come in the way of the field user. We dislike buffering coming in the way of our field users.
All our features, where a large file or video is involved, we use appropriate technology to protect against interrupted connectivity.
