A: BeatRoute does not capture ongoing movement of sales personnel. Location is captured only at the time of saving transactions. We do not support the policy of policing or tracking of sales force movement.

A: No, managers cannot enable geo sequencing.
Q3: Does geo sequencing work on an already uploaded beat plan?
A: No, it will not work on an already uploaded beat plan. Configuration must be enabled first, followed by defining geo sequence, and finally uploading the beat plan.
Q4: Does geo sequencing only work if the customer's location is locked?
A: No, it will work in both cases, whether the customer's location is locked or not.
Q5: Are all activities like note-taking and feedback part of the geo sequencing feature?
A: No, certain activities like visit notes, feedback, payment, and demo are not part of geo sequencing. Other activities are included in this feature.
