The updates and functionalities listed below are scheduled by next week..This release introduces a new capability in the Custom Workflow module to link a custom workflow to an existing transaction in BeatRoute and a host of usability improvements for Goal tracking.
1. Link Custom Workflow to an Existing Activity Now
Custom workflow created in BeatRoute can now be attached to any existing BeatRoute workflow such as Order, Return, Dispatch, Payment, or to an existing custom workflow itself. This allows post-workflow related processes to be facilitated with clear reference to the parent transaction. Example use cases can be submitting a complaint against an order or providing a reference of a Community Meet event while submitting Expense. .
2. Goal Tracking is simplified Now for Better Usability
A number of your have been giving us feedback to simplify goal tracking for managers and front line and make it easier to monitor team members. We have done simplification in the following ways -
A manager can now see performance of all his team members on the first page itself. No need to view it one team member at a time.
A default tabular view has been introduced that allows see performance against all KPIs or any person in one single view
Navigation through hierarchy is now possible by simply clicking on any person’s tile. Keep going down and simply come back one step or all the way to your level in single click.
An optional KPI wise view switch has been given to check comparative performance of all team members for each KPI
We will be releasing further usability improvement soon by upgrading the information available in the Team Members tab and calling it Daily Rigor.
3. Control the Score Card KPIs by Designation Now
A number of our customers use BeatRoute’s functional scalability and coverage to run separate teams related to field marketing, merchandising, delivery, survey, or service. We always heard from you that ability to control KPIs display by designation will make our Goal-tracking as a central philosophy sharper.
We are delivering the ability to control which KPI is relevant to which designation in this release. Marketing head will be able to see KPIs which are relevant to her, while the execution may still be driven by sales team members. If a middle manager is responsible for both marketing and sales, she will see KPIs related to both.
4. Now Control SKU visibility for Each Workflow at SKU level
What SKUs will be displayed in each workflow like Order, Stock, Log Sales can now be controlled separately for each workflow.
In all our pricing uploads, we have added a separate option to control visibility of each SKU for workflows wise. like order, stock & log sales. For example cases where there are only a restricted set of SKUs at customers for which you want them to take stock can be handled. In all pricing uploads (Distributor & customer level) 3 new columns (order_visibility, stock_visibility, logsales_visibility) have been added to control which SKU will be visible in each workflow.
5. Miscellaneous Improvements
Use a new configuration switch to control if customer listing is going to be defaulted grouped-by-Routes or Map-view for sales reps on the App
Search directly by customer name on the subtype wise landscape summary page for managers on the App
View team members schedule from Schedule page by simply changing user name
